Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of our balloon services provided by Honey Bee Balloons. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services Offered

Honey Bee Balloons offers a variety of balloon services, backdrop rentals and diaper cakes which may include balloon deliveries, decorations for events and balloon and backdrop installations. Specific details about each service will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Bookings and Payments

Booking
All bookings are to be made in advance, subject to availability. A minimum notice period for bookings may apply.

Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the client’s order. This deposit ensures the client’s commitment and allows us to allocate resources effectively for the client’s request. Please note that once the deposit is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The remaining balance will be due 24 hours before the event date. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept various payment methods as specified under the invoice.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We regret to inform you that there are no refunds available for cancellations. Once a booking is made, it is considered final, and we are unable to process refunds for the 50% non-refundable deposit under any circumstances. We encourage clients to review their plans carefully before confirming your reservation. The reason why we implement this is because we purchase all the supplies and prepare everything once you book your event with us. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Liability

Honey Bee Balloons will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages incurred as a result of the use of our balloon services and rentals. Clients agree to use our services and rentals with due care. If the rentals are damaged, clients will be held responsible for the repair or replacement.

5. Safety Guidelines

Clients are advised to adhere to all safety guidelines associated with balloon usage and rentals. Balloon services may involve small parts which pose a choking hazard, and proper supervision is advised in the presence of children most especially around backdrops.

6. Modifications to Services

Honey Bee Balloons reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion. In the event of significant changes, customers will be notified in a timely manner.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service and agree to abide by them.
